This website allows dog owners to showcase their achievements. While there are numerous websites that allow anyone to signup and create a small description about themselves and link to their own website, TopK9s is very different.
TopK9s started out as BullyNet, a first of its kind site for Bulldog breeders. BullyNet has been in operation for over 6 years and has over 200 breeders, profiles almost 300 champions and has almost 7,000 pictures. All entered by the Bulldog community. For years we have been asked to create sites for other breeds, and in the spring of 2007 we started the process of creating TopK9s.
TopK9s focus is on the breed’s community. We list Top Studs, multiple pictures per dog, up to a 7 generation pedigree, a nicely formatted printable 5 generation pedigree, litter announcements, and so much more. Only dogs which have their pedigrees entered show up on the site, and while pedigree is not everything, in most cases it sure is a good indication of what is going on.
We empower our members to maintain their own information, premium members upload an unlimited number of pictures, linking pictures and videos to dogs and litters.
People come to TopK9s for information, not links to breeder’s sites. While we do link to breeders sites, we offer so much more. Many upstanding breeders do not have their own website, or find it difficult to keep it up to date, as they are reliant on someone else to "program" their site. TopK9s sites have easy to use tools that allow members to quickly update their information without any "programming". We also offer free support and very often come out with new features many of which are requested by members. We also offer a standard look with a very logical layout, which allows the public to quickly see your information in an understandable format.
We have two membership levels, so if you only want a listing of your information and not list individual dogs and litters, then the Basic membership may be for you. Our Premium membership does not limit how many entries you make, or charge you for entering more content. The big kicker is that our membership is much better value than most everything else out there too.
