| TopK9's Breeder Points (TBP) System

One reason TopK9's was created, was to assist in easily finding reputable breeders.
To further that we have devised the TopK9's Breeder Points (TBP) system to help indicate
which breeders are doing things that can demonstrate a reputable breeding program.
This system is based on two main factors. One factor is the dogs the breeder has entered
into TopK9's. Another factor is what others are saying about the breeder and their dogs.
We realize that a low TBP does not mean the breeder is a bad breeder, it could mean that
they are new to TopK9's, or a breeder that prefers to not enter much of their information.
